We want you to be fully satisfied with your Flipper Zero hardware; if you are not, you can return your device in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that used devices or those with broken security seals may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected for health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the Flipper Zero and all original accessories in their original box, ensuring the device is powered off and protected from transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
